THE BEST !!!
5When I received this I didnt expect much of it, im not a fan of this brand and its quite expensive. But I thought I would give it a go anyway !!! oh my I was blown away- my hair is so soft and its a very subtle colour- really clean looking. it feels like ive been to the hairdressers.
Gorgeous scented colouring mask
4I've tried a couple different blonde enhancing shampoo & conditioner sets in my time as I'm always after a better solution to get my blonde hair looking more silver than brassy gold! I was really excited to receive the Christophe Robin baby blonde set and put it to the test. The first thing I noticed, and what has stuck with me, is the gorgeous scent of both the chamomile shampoo and baby blonde mask. They smell amazing and every time I use them my mood lifts just from the fragrance. The mask needs time left on before rinsing - anywhere from 5 to 30mins. This is a little problematic if you've not planned ahead - but once I got into the routine, it was quite nice to potter about the house in my towel while the mask set for 20-30mins, or just enjoy a lovely hot bath with my hair up. My hair always feels lovely and soft after, and it is slowly but surely taking the brass out of my hair and leaving it much more silver. I need to take some more time to really make more of an impact (as this is a bit of a long term product), and ensure I'm using it at least once a week, but I'm really happy with the product. As the mask needs so much time left on, it isn't really a replacement for my regular shampoo and conditioner, but is a good weekly treat forcing me to take some time to chill out a bit. Images with my review show subtle changes in tone on my hair - from brassy to silver :)
Great conditioner, didn't enhance the colour
3I used this conditioner once a week, and left it on my hair between 5-10 minutes each time. The colour of it is a deep purple, which seems to get everywhere. However it did easily wash out. It left my hair feeling very soft probably one of the nicest conditioner I have used, but I don't think it made much difference to the colour of my hair. I would recommend but not necessarily to enhance colour
Hair Rescue
5After months and months of missing my hair apps this mask has helped me maintain my hair I usually use a mask treatment once a week and I will now replace that brand with this one and will continue to use between hair appointments to prolong my colour
Lockdown hair had gone!
5After 12 months of not having my hair highlighted due to covid, i had several people ask how id manage to get to a hairdressers in lockdown because of this shampoo and conditioner mask! It is amazing! My hair looked a lovely tone and the darker hair was lightened slightly. It was soft and smells amazing too. Would highly recommend!
Life saving
5Recently dies my hair from blonde to grey and back blonde again. My hair felt so horrible and had a horrible brassy tone! I used this for 30 mins and it look away all the brassyness!
Fabulous baby!
5Firstly the smell is amazing, I used this in my bleached blonde hair and the results after one use was fabulous, takes away the yellow brassy tones and leaves you with with a cool baby blonde colour. I paired this with the Christophe Robin clarifying shampoo prior. The results were shiny hair blonde hair, much better results than other purple shampoos etc I've used in the past. Really happy with the results and would recommend. I'll be using this in between my salon visits!
A Lovely Hair Mask
4This was a lovely mask. The vibrant purple was so amazing and after using the Christophe Robin cleanser Shampoo, this mask went straight on instead of conditioning. This picked up my blonde highlights beautifully and my hair was less brassy than other well known brands. My only issue was the price. The shampoo and mask together were far too expensive for me to purchase monthly or even quarterly and therefore the lower priced brands outweigh the pricetag on this. However, if you are fussy with your hair products, this is for you! I would certainly recommend to friends as it did a wonderful job on my very long hair!
Effective but pricey!
4I was very excited to receive this to try. As soon as it came, I rushed to try it. I have very thick hair, it's long, but not overly long. The texture of the mask is very thick but manageable. The smell is delightful - but that's not why you use it. If I'm honest, the overall product is fabulous. It does reduce braciness and make your hair feel silky smooth. The only downside is the cost to buy. It's very expensive if you have thick long hair like me, you use almost half the tub in one go just to put a coat over your hair. It would be good if it was perhaps a bit thicker for that reason, or if there was different size tubs at different costs depending on your needs
Amazing
5I have used this Baby Blonde shade variation mask weekly along with the Brightening Shampoo with Camomile And Cornflower. It's been amazing it's stopped me running to the shop to buy a box dye to brighten my hair. I suffer with yellow under tones which I hate so this has been a life saver with no hairdressers open, to tone and brighten my hair.
