This expert colour gel helps to hide greys by surrounding the hair fibre with pigments composed of 92% natural-origin ingredients. The colour washes out evenly over 5-7 shampoos, allowing you to conceal visible roots as desired. The shade blends seamlessly for a natural and radiant result. This helps hair appear fuller with added luminosity.

Aqua (Water), Propanediol, Hc Blue No. 2, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Polyquaternium-44, Glycerin, Parfum (Fragrance), Inula Crithmoide Leaf/Flower Extract, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Ethanolamine, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Basic Blue 99, Basic Brown 16, Hc Blue No. 16, Basic Brown 17, Hc Yellow No. 2, 4-Hydroxypropylamino-3-Nitrophenol.
- After prepping your hair by cleansing with a silicone-free shampoo, apply the colour gel to towel-dried hair.
- To conceal sparsely scattered greys, use the brush for a targeted and natural-looking finish. Otherwise, apply evenly throughout hair.
- Massage well to evenly spread the gel.
- Leave on for 40 minutes.
- To rinse, add a small amount of water and emulsify by massaging the scalp to help remove excess product.
- Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear.
- Do not shampoo your hair after rinsing.
May stain clothing.
Patch test: Must be performed 48 hours before using this product, even if you have already used colouring products before.
Do not colour your hair if:
- You have a rash on your face or irritated and damaged scalp.
- You have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair.
- You have experienced a reaction to a temporary ""black henna"" tattoo in the past.

Game Changer for me.
I was very excited to try this product, having all of a sudden been visited by the Grey hair Fairy during lockdown, had numerous visible Grey's which I didn't know what to do with and a total hair dye wouldn't be required. Having not dyed my hair before, I found his super easy to use, came with a little 'toothbrush' for easy and precise application, smells great and has lasted well meaning a top up perhaps once per month will be adequate. I will certainly be using this from now on, even given the price. Awesome product!

Great to use between colouring
I have to admit this worked much better than I thought it would, it was perfect to cover my grey roots whilst in lockdown and much better than some other leading brands Ive used in the past. The colour was a perfect match for my medium to dark brown hair. I have quite alot of grey in my roots, which it covered really well and was quick and simple to apply. It lasted well for about 5 washes and is ideal if you don't want a permanent colour, would highly recommend. The only reason for 4 stars is that it is a tad highly priced but does what is says on the tin and left my hair nice and soft and shiny too.

I just received my order of Dark Chestnut gel colour. I was surprised how quickly it arrived. I have used this colour int he past and love how it makes my hair shiny and gives it body. I am pleased to find another option to hair colouring, as I became allergic to hair dye with peroxide and ammonia. This gel covers grey and also I like how you can use the very handy brush that comes with it to touch up my grey hairline. My daughter brought this gel back from Paris originally and I am thrilled to be able to purchase it in North America.

The colour gel is amazing. I was having an allergic reaction to regular hair colour and had to stop colouring my hair. My daughter brought back from Paris this colour gel for me and I loved it. Very excited to see we actually can purchase it online. In order to achieve lasting results I contacted the company and they told me to use a shampoo for coloured hair. They recommended an item they sell. However you can also use your own preferred shampoo that is made for coloured hair. The tip here is to find a shampoo without silicon, sulphates and paraffins. You will find the colour will stay in your hair and last longer. I don’t mind that the dark chestnut is a little darker than my own hair colour because it does lighten up and also the shine and body you get is worth it! I have a bit of grey in my hairline and it covers it well. The best part is you can touch up the greys with the brush that comes with the hair colour. The gel lasts a long time and you don’t need to use that much to colour your hair. It goes on very easily on wet hair. Remember this product is a hair dye without ammonia and peroxide, so you cannot expect getting the same result, it will wash out. But my hair feels wonderful and healthy.

Dark Chestnut hair gel
The gel is easy to apply and i like the ingredients, I.e. no harsh and harmful chemicals. Areas for improvement are - the color washes off fast whole staining the bathtub, hands and towels, it goes light purple towards its cycle end and the dark chestnut is too dark on my hair. When I use light chestnut, it does not stay long at all (shorter then dark chestnut) and goes light purple faster. It would be nice if these areas could be improved. I pay on Canadian dollars so I would like the gel to work better. Thanks for asking!!
